The Santa Fe College Global Society (GS) is a student-led club dedicated to further exploring global affairs and international relations beyond and outside of the classroom. The GS club organizes campus events to promote global awareness and intercultural understadning, as well public lectures and discussion panels on current international issues voted upon by club members.

I had the honor of serving as the Santa Fe GS President for the 2018-2019 academic year, and as the Vice President for the 2017-2018 year. Under my leadership the club sponsored public panel discussions on the plight of those classified as Deferred Action Childhood Arrival in the United States (2019), and the humanitarian and economic crisis in Venezuela (2019), bringing in professsionals and academics in the fields related to each topic, and in the latter event sponsoring the work of a young social activist and photographer in Venezuela.
